• Your E-Mail address:
  • We will not publish it anywhere
  • We use it as a username for login into Recruiro.com
  • We use it as an address to which we send you notifications of an activity on Recruiro.com (e.g. info about new job applicants for a job published by you etc.) and to which we send other correspondence from our company
  • If you are a job applicant, we will share your email address with those employers at which you have applied
• Your first and last name:
  • We use it for communication with you and for identification of your user profile
  • If you are a job applicant, we will share your full name with those employers at which you have applied
• Data about your IP address:
  • We don't publish it anywhere
  • We use it when investigating technical issues in our application
• When you deactivate your user profile:
  • We will remove your first and last name, E-Mail address and other personal data
    • Everywhere, where there was your name before, now there will be „User of Recruiro.com“ (because we will remove your first and last name from the database)
    • We will keep your first name, last name and E-Mail address encrypted in such a way that even we will not be able to decrypt it back (one-way encryption using so called "hash function"). Only in case that you come to us and ask us to reactivate your user profile, we will verify your identity and only then we will be able, based on your credentials, to find and restore your user profile. Otherwise we will not have access to your personal data and we will not know who a particular user profile belongs to.
